Biografie

Univ.-Prof. Mag. Dr. Senad Bećirović, MA, promovierte 2012 im Fach Pädagogik und ist seither in der Wissenschaft tätig, mit ausgewiesener Expertise in Lehre, Forschung und akademischer Entwicklung. Er wurde 2014 zum Assistenzprofessor ernannt, 2017 zum außerordentlichen Professor befördert und erlangte 2023 den Rang eines ordentlichen Universitätsprofessors. Darüber hinaus ist er in der renommierten Stanford/Elsevier World's Top 2% Most-Cited Scientists List vertreten – einer der angesehensten internationalen Auszeichnungen für wissenschaftliche Exzellenz und Wirkung.

Dr. Bećirović verfügt über umfangreiche internationale Lehrerfahrung und hat Lehrveranstaltungen in den Bereichen Forschungsmethodik, Pädagogik und fortgeschrittene Statistik an Universitäten in mehreren Ländern abgehalten. Seine Lehrtätigkeit umfasst sowohl Präsenz- als auch Online-Formate auf Bachelor-, Master- und Promotionsniveau.

Als produktiver und international anerkannter Wissenschaftler hat er fünf Bücher bei renommierten Verlagen wie Springer, Routledge und Nova Science veröffentlicht sowie 68 wissenschaftliche Artikel in führenden internationalen Fachzeitschriften publiziert, von denen viele in Web of Science (WoS) und Scopus indexiert sind, darunter zahlreiche Beiträge in Zeitschriften der Quartile Q1 und Q2 der Verlage Springer, SAGE, Taylor & Francis und Wiley.

Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen im Einsatz Künstlicher Intelligenz und digitaler Technologien in der Bildung, in digitaler Pädagogik, interkultureller Bildung sowie Begabtenförderung. Ein besonderes Anliegen ist ihm die verantwortungsvolle, ethische und menschenzentrierte Integration neuer Technologien in zeitgemäße Lehr- und Lernprozesse.
