Aim
Constructive conversations are a significant, meaningful part of educational work in schools. They are conducted in an appreciative manner that takes into account the background of the interlocutors and have both a cooperative and solution-oriented orientation. The aim is to successfully shape teaching and educational pathways.
Content
- Pupil interviews on learning processes
- Self-perception and perception of others in the pedagogical context
- Individual, potential-oriented life and education plans for pupils
- Encouraging feedback culture of teachers and learners
- Parent cooperation with special consideration of transcultural, migration biographical, and socio-economic aspects
- Guidance of transition processes
- Collegial counselling; cooperation processes and co-teaching

- are able to prepare pupil interviews and conduct them efficiently and appreciatively based on guiding questions
- can recognise the difference between self-perception and perception by others and reflect on this in learning communities
- can analyse individual potentials of learners and offer life and educational guidance in dialogue
- can give qualified, empathetic feedback and also take on the role of listener
- are able to contribute to positive development in the case of learning difficulties and underachievement as well as in transition processes through solution-oriented discussions with parents
- show an active, cooperative basic attitude towards colleagues and are able to competently support them in the promotion of learners – also in the form of longer-term (learning) support and co-teaching.
