Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching
General Conditions
- Activity at the University College of Teacher Education Lower Austria Teacher with a contractual relationship
- Duration of stay at least 2 to a maximum of 60 days
- at least 8 teaching hours per week
- or at least 4 teaching hours and additional further training (combination of teaching and training)
Planning and Realisation of the Mobility
- Contact the partner institution to plan your individual teaching mobility or apply to participate in a Staff Mobility Week for Teaching.
- As soon as you receive an official invitation from the partner institutions, please inform the Centre for International*Quality at the University of Teacher Education Lower Austria.
- Before the start of your stay abroad, the Centre for International*Quality at the University of Teacher Education Lower Austria must receive your business trip application, the Mobility Agreement (which documents the content of the stay) and the Grant Agreement (which documents the financial support for the stay), fully completed and signed by all parties.
- Following your stay, you must submit a Certificate of Attendance signed by the partner institution (confirming the actual stay) and complete the EU Online Survey on your experience abroad.
- The Centre for International*Quality will inform you about current offers from partner universities and other institutions and will be happy to help you contact your desired host institution.
Financial Support
- EU grants are a contribution towards travel and subsistence costs for your stay abroad. The amount depends on the following factors:
- the host country
- in the case of mobility between programme countries, on the demand from staff from your country who wish to teach abroad
- the distance
- in the case of mobility between programme countries, the availability of funding sources
