Aim
Children's life circumstances often place great stress on them, which manifests itself in difficult behaviour. Issues relating to the promotion of emotional, prosocial and social development offer the opportunity to overcome problematic behavioural patterns and strengthen beneficial skills. Current concepts of diversity education offer a wide range of support and assistance for the entire living environment of children.
Content
- Interdisciplinary (education, psychology, medicine, psychiatry, psychotherapy, sociology) deepening of current knowledge in the field of emotional and social development
- Selection of medical / psychiatric / psychological disorders and clinical pictures that are frequently encountered in everyday school life (autism, ADHD, learning disorders, social behaviour disorders, ...)
- Attachment, attachment skills, attachment disorder as a basis for social and prosocial behaviour and action
- Stress factors such as trauma, crises, disorders of emotional, prosocial and social behaviour and actions

- are able to apply findings from in-depth interdisciplinary dialogue (education, psychology, medicine, psychiatry, psychotherapy, communication science, sociology) in educational practice.
- are able to analyse observed behavioural patterns in themselves and in their own and reported practice.
- are able to identify attachment skills and, where appropriate, attachment disorders/patterns as the basis for conspicuous behaviour and actions.
- are able to call up acquired knowledge and understanding of psychological and physical injuries, reactions, actions and behaviours of affected persons and take supportive measures and initiate measures appropriately
