Constructive conversations are a significant, meaningful part of educational work in schools. They are conducted in an appreciative manner that takes into account the background of the interlocutors and have both a cooperative and solution-oriented orientation. The aim is to successfully shape teaching and educational pathways.

- Self-perception and perception by others in the pedagogical context
- Individual, potential-oriented life and education plans for pupils
- Encouraging feedback culture of teachers and learners
- Parental cooperation with special consideration of transcultural, migration biographical, and socio-economic aspects

- are able to prepare pupil interviews and conduct them efficiently and appreciatively based on guiding questions

- are able to contribute to a positive development in learning difficulties and underachievement as well as in transition processes through solution-oriented parental talks
