Aim
Basic knowledge of anthropological, sport motor, and sport didactic areas is taught. The focus is on personal experiences and the linking of knowledge, skills, and will in order to make them useful for professional use in movement and sport-oriented fields of action.
The ecological and economic dimensions of leisure time behaviour are recognised and related to the lifeworld of the children.

- Introduction to the sports didactic field of action using the example of "simple games"
- Moving with and on apparatus as well as on the floor, taking into account safety-oriented aspects
- Regulatory framework and forms of organisation
- Anthropological foundations of movement education
- Basic planning and mediation strategies for movement and play in heterogeneous groups
- CLIL strategies for classroom communication in English
- Legal foundations for the area of studies
- Structure and aims of the curriculum
- Fundamentals of general sport methodology and didactics according to the current state of research
- Raising awareness of leisure behaviour, ecology, and economy

The graduates ...
- can stage and lead small games and adapt rules and have a methodical repertoire of actions in an inclusive context
- can grasp tactical elements of play according to the situation and recognise their importance for successful play
have knowledge of the structure and function of large gymnastics apparatuses and take appropriate measures to secure and help - understand the importance of the sensitive phases of psychomotor development for resilience in movement and physical education
- can draw up short and medium-term lesson planning on the basis of subject-specific knowledge and subject–didactic concepts (syllabus) and analyse and evaluate them correctly in terms of subject terminology
- can recognise contemporary mobility education as important goals of social and safety education
- can visualise the fundamentals of general sports methodology and didactics by means of concrete examples of action (motor fundamentals)
- are able to deal with current research results and research approaches in a selected discipline in movement and sport
- have the necessary linguistic resources in the living foreign language English and are familiar with appropriate CLIL strategies in order to carry out lesson-organisational communication in English
- can analyse and interpret economic and ecological processes in relation to leisure behaviour
- can methodically and didactically prepare economic contexts of leisure behaviour
