Aim
The course aims to expand the skills for planning, implementing and reflecting on learning outcome-oriented, differentiated and rhythmic lessons over larger periods of time with particular attention to social relationships and learning processes. By using profession-specific communication and action strategies, the students' social skills should be strengthened and social relationships promoted.

- Didactically sound planning and reflection of lessons and individual learning processes
- Medium and long-term lesson planning
- Administrative activities in the context of everyday school life
- Implementation of criteria for good lesson planning (general, inclusive and subject-related didactics)
- Rhythmization of learning processes and adaptive teaching design
