Aim
The course aims to expand the skills for planning, implementing and reflecting on learning outcome-oriented, differentiated and rhythmic lessons over larger periods of time with particular attention to social relationships and learning processes. By using profession-specific communication and action strategies, the students' social skills should be strengthened and social relationships promoted.

- To rhythmize learning processes over larger time units (weekly and annual planning) and to use different forms of beneficial performance assessment and documentation.
- Adapt planning and implementation of lessons to the heterogeneity in the class.

- Criteria for good teaching can be implemented in a theory-based manner and lessons can be structured and reflected on in a didactically argued manner.
