Aim
The course aims to consolidate role identification in the professional field and expand professional options for action. Proof in the practical field of school is achieved through theory-based analysis of pedagogical fields of action and their main actors (learners and teachers). The students deepen their reflective and evaluative attitude and specifically implement this in teaching-related development and evaluation processes.

- Planning, implementation and evaluation of methodically and didactically sound lessons
- Classroom management – teaching settings that promote learning
- Moderation of social settings and individualized learning processes
- Solution-oriented handling of conflicts
- Didactically based analysis and reflection of teaching processes

The graduates are able to ...
- Plan, design and evaluate lessons lasting several weeks with particular consideration of diversity and multilingualism.
- Analyze your own teaching quality (e.g. action research, POC study, ...) and develop it further.
- Perceive and interpret different situations in school based on criteria.
- Design social settings based on empathy, appreciation and respect.
- Successfully apply professional relationship, communication, cooperation and conflict management in specific situations (e.g. violence and aggression in the classroom).
- Identify and develop innovative and personal areas of development.
- Recognize organizational and political structures in the professional field.
- Evaluate and evaluate current findings from national and international school, teaching and educational research.
