Aim
The aim of this course is to impart in-depth skills for planning, implementing, and reflecting on learning outcome-oriented teaching in interdisciplinary learning areas through collaborative planning and peer-evaluated reflection (lesson studies). The subject didactic analysis, including professional knowledge as well as empirical–didactic methods, offers the possibility for a successful pedagogical design of learning and teaching units.

- Planning and reflection of lessons and individual learning processes in lesson studies settings (teaching practice)
- Design of differentiation-sensitive teaching and collaborative ways of working for learners (teaching practice)
- Promotion of group processes (teaching practice)
- Didactic justification of creative learning spaces and learning settings
- Profession-oriented teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration

- are able to deal with educational challenges in a profession-specific way
- are able to perceive dynamics in groups and can use strategies for action that support group processes (teaching practice)
- can implement models and methods of general didactics and primary level didactics as well as relevant concepts of lesson planning (teaching practice)
- can theoretically and didactically plan and realise teaching units collaboratively and reflect on them in a peer-supported manner in the form of cyclical learning designs (lesson studies) (teaching practice)
- can recognise the learning starting points of pupils and begin to take these into account in their lesson planning (teaching practice)
- can promote guided cooperative and self-directed learning of the pupils, taking into account aspects of mindfulness of learning and diversity (teaching practice)
- are able to design (digital) media-supported interdisciplinary learning settings and learning spaces in a guided manner.
