Focus
Inclusion creates community
Aim
Adequate promotion is based on pedagogical, action-guiding diagnostics, knowledge about educational processes in practice, and efficient, cooperative classroom management. Based on this, students acquire central knowledge and skills in the design of inclusive teaching–learning settings, co-planning, co-teaching, and with regard to legal requirements for curriculum and performance assessment in the context of different starting points of the perceptual areas.
Content
- Didactically relevant and data-based observation procedures as well as formative diagnostic possibilities
- Identification of resources and barriers for individual and joint learning
- Diagnostic action - Diversity-sensitive development promotion
- Cooperative classroom management in inclusive learning environments; co-planning and co-teaching
- Alternative curricula and curriculum supplements for hearing and vision
- Planning, organisation, and evaluation of inclusion supporting teaching–learning scenarios in heterogeneous groups
- Assessment of learning levels as well as performance assessment and evaluation, taking into account different perceptual processes
- multi- and transprofessional cooperation

The graduates ...
- are able to competently expand their (subject) didactic knowledge of perceptual processes and associated data-based observation procedures and formative diagnostic possibilities and to apply them in a diversity-oriented manner
- can identify resources and barriers oriented towards perception processes for individual and joint learning and lead solution-oriented professional discussions
- are able to present diversity-sensitive developmental support and justify it in a theory-based manner
- are able to establish classroom management (focus: sensory perception processes) in their field of practice in the sense of positive interdependence and to take an active role in the team for all learners
- can plan, organise, and evaluate individual, joint, and reciprocal learning in heterogeneous groups in a cooperative manner from a subject-related scientific and didactic point of view
- are able to adapt learning material for perceptual processes, use innovative forms of digital education and assistive technologies, and consider assistance systems in planning
- can adapt, implement, and evaluate lesson planning and learning assessment to the special perceptual conditions of learners, taking into account currently valid legal frameworks
- are able to contextualise performance assessment and evaluation, taking into account alternative curriculum references (LBVO) according to the currently valid legal situation
- are able to take into account multi-professional or trans-professional cooperation in the spectrum of diversity of perception.
