Aim
The subject didactic analysis of learning starting points in heterogeneous groups forms the basis for a successful adaptive teaching design under the conditions of diversity, participation, and inclusion. This course aims to expand the skills for planning, implementing, and reflecting on learning outcome-oriented teaching in interdisciplinary and supra-disciplinary learning areas.

- Didactically sound planning and reflection of lessons and individual learning processes (teaching practice)
- Rhythmisation of learning processes and adaptive lesson design (e.g. open and cooperative learning forms) (teaching practice)
- CLIL in the living foreign language English (teaching practice)

- Implementation of the criteria of theory-based lesson planning (general/inclusive and subject-related didactics)

- know and understand the use of different methods of performance assessment and evaluation
- can plan theoretically and didactically sound lessons and design learning processes in a situation-appropriate, differentiated and individualized way (teaching practice)
- are able to expand their understanding of an inquiring habitus and can appropriately link and analyze theory and practice with experienced learning and teaching situations
- are able to design, test and analyze cross-curricular and language-promoting learning settings including CLIL activities in English as a living foreign language (teaching practice)
- can use suitable empirical methods (e.g. videography, systematic observation) for the evidence-based development and reflection of teaching and learning situations.
