Aim
This course focusses on current issues in the didactics of movement and sport. Topics such as digital and democratic education in physical education and sport lessons are dealt with as well as movement and sport-related school development and external cooperation opportunities in the subject.

- Current topics and orientations in movement and sports didactics
- Areas of application and didactic models for the use of digital media and technologies in the subject of physical activity and sport
- Digital, media and IT education in the subject of physical activity and sport
- Values in sport (e.g. fairness, respect, solidarity) and their teaching in physical activity and sport lessons
- School development in the areas of physical activity, sport and health
- Extracurricular cooperation and exercise and sports programmes
- Participatory organisation of exercise and sport-related projects and events
- Relevant legal and school organisational principles

- acquire in-depth knowledge of movement and sport didactic approaches and concepts
- are able to localise and reflect on digital and social phenomena in the areas of physical activity, sport and health
- are familiar with the possible uses of digital media and technologies in the subject of physical activity and sport as well as the opportunities, challenges and limitations in this regard
- are able to convey democratic values in movement and sports lessons in an age-appropriate manner
- are able to initiate interdisciplinary learning processes in movement and sport-related projects
- are familiar with approaches and opportunities for movement and sport-related school development
- are able to identify extracurricular physical activity and sports activities in the school environment and cooperate with relevant organisations and clubs in a high-quality manner
- are able to organise movement and sport-related projects and events at primary school level in a participatory and sustainable manner, taking into account the legal and school organisational framework conditions.
