Aim
One of the central dimensions of coaching is the perspective-orientated analysis of the initial learning situation. From this, volutional and methodological starting points for learning are derived. In their solution-oriented function, the teacher becomes a learning coach with corresponding counselling and support skills. This potential-orientated approach is complemented by knowledge of current research findings on giftedness and talent research.

- are able to draw on an evidence-based repertoire of observation and analysis criteria to recognise the heterogeneity of a group of learners
- are able to name and discuss areas of observation and perception in educational and technical terms

- are able to support development and transition processes by selecting and providing appropriate work materials
- are able to act inclusively in the classroom from a diversity-sensitive understanding of their role as a teacher
- are able to address and reflect on the dimensions of coaching and take them into account in teaching and learning strategies
