Constructive conversations are a significant, meaningful part of educational work in schools. They are conducted in an appreciative manner that takes into account the background of the interlocutors and have both a cooperative and solution-oriented orientation. The aim is to successfully shape teaching and educational pathways.

  • Self-perception and perception by others in the pedagogical context
  • Individual, potential-oriented life and education plans for pupils
  • Encouraging feedback culture of teachers and learners
  • Parental cooperation with special consideration of transcultural, migration biographical, and socio-economic aspects
